What Does It Mean To Share Faith?

Do you pray for the effectiveness of the gospel? 

Paul says, I thank my God, making mention of you always in my prayers, hearing of your love and faith, which you have towards the Lord Jesus, and all the saints; that the communication of thy faith may become effectual by the acknowledging of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus.

(Philemon 1:4‭-‬6)

WHAT MAKES SHARING FAITH EFFECTIVE? A lifestyle that reveals every good thing in us, in Christ Jesus. 

Who is good? 

The Father, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit give good gifts. (Luke 11:9-13)

What is good? 

Everything we receive through God is good and perfect. (Ephesians 1:3)

What does it mean to share faith?

1. The good news of the gospel

2. The word of God - doctrine, correction, reproof, and instructions. 

3. Your testimony of how Jesus is changing your character.

4. Your life of good works led by the Holy Spirit

Every company shares case studies of the successful use of their products and services. Why? To showcase how beneficial their solution is to their customers. It is beneficial as a tactic to draw in potential customers. 

When we let Jesus into our lives daily, God will draw people into His salvation through us as well. Dear believer, desire Jesus. Jesus alone can transform our lives and make the sharing of our faith effective.
