How Is Your Joy, Christian?

Gooooooaaaaaalllllll! Sounds of joy filled the stadium as Messi scored his first goal in the dying moments of the game for Miami. Much praise and adoration followed for a skilful man. Now, that's the world of sports and entertainment.

How is your joy in the presence of God? How are your praises to Him during worship?

Malachi 1 reminds us how Israel pleased people rather than God. They honoured men above God. Their sacrifices were worthless to God because it was heartless.

How are your sacrifices of praise and glory to God? Do you praise Him wholeheartedly?

We are created for His glory.

The word of God is for us to be inspired by His glory.

The stories of the heroes are for us to learn about God's glory, His love and power working in ordinary humans in extraordinary and glorious ways.

WHAT CAN YOU DO?

Let the sounds of victory and sounds of glory fill your heart in worship. Shout His praise, proclaim Him King, and lift His name most High. Let the freedom you received ring louder than ever.

Give God the glory due to His name. He is excellent above all. His character and works are excellent.

Don't simply mouth your belief. Live it out. The time is short. Missing out on the rapture is dangerous for those who are called. You are called and chosen for His glory. Don't let your heart be hardened.

Maranatha, Praise God, and Amen.
