You Are Chosen, Stay Faithful

As born-again believers, you understand spiritual things or heavenly wisdom. Isn't that awesome?

God chose you to unravel the mysteries of His kingdom. Like the disciples, God separated you and me to come alive through the power of God.

Why did Jesus not explain the parables to the Jews in His time? They were rebellious and stubborn people. They refused to believe the miracles and rejected Christ.

In Matthew 22:1-14, Jesus shares a parable of the marriage feast where those invited were too busy with their earthly lives. Who got chosen? All who accepted the invitation and came in the marriage clothes provided. Many are called, but only a few are chosen.

Jesus mentions another instance where the religious lot refused to believe John the Baptist, but the tax collectors and prostitutes accepted the truth with repentance. Yet, seeing them change, they still did not believe. (Matthew 21:31‭-‬32)

Since the beginning, God always wanted to lead the people, but most rejected Him. People loved their sin and wickedness more than the mercy and grace of God.
