Love Is The Only Way
How to respond to love? With Love. There's no other way.
God loves us, and now we give Him the love back with our lives.
When a man receives love from another, he may or may not reciprocate his love for another. God's love for us makes us want to give our lives to Him.
Ruth could have packed up and gone home to attend to her parents. Instead, she stayed with her crabby mother-in-law. Naomi was bitter during her trial. Ruth continued loving and caring for Naomi. Eventually, Naomi turned from being a bitter cup to a buttercup.
Saul kept attempting to kill David, but David kept loving Saul. David stayed faithful in his love for God, enabling him to love God's anointed, no matter how Saul behaved with him.
Joseph could have become bitter against his brothers for selling him to Egypt. But he loved them because God's love changed him.
How is your love life?
Do you find it difficult to love everyone? Spend quality time with the author of love, Jesus.
God rewards our labour of love (1 Corinthians 15:58). Pray fervently for the house of God. Don't get weary doing God's work (2 Thessalonians 3:13). Arise and shine for His glory by faith.
Prepare to meet the love of your life, Jesus Christ. Maranatha, Praise God, and Amen.
