How to recognise the wicked of the earth?

Sin is increasing, because people are growing in wickedness. If you are wondering why there is so much evil today, it’s because people are choosing wickedness.

God did not create robots. He created people with the basic ability to surrender their lives according to their choices. Most people reject God even after knowing Him. Why? They love wickedness and the gratifying lustful feelings found in evil natures.

Who are the wicked?

5 things to know about wicked humans.

1. The wicked never seek God. They do not care about God (Psalms 10:4) (Psalms 73:9)
2. Pride is their chains and violence their garment (psalms 73:6)
3. They always speak evil things (Proverbs 15:28)
4. Their heart is full of darkness (Proverbs 4:19)
5. The wicked attack the poor and needy (Psalms 37:4)

Is there hope for the wicked? Yes, if they turn to God. (2 chronicles 7:14)

“if my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.”

What’s the end of the wicked? They will be cut off. (Proverbs 2:22) (Psalms 37:9)

The way of the righteous is established in us when we remain obedient to God’s word. Trust God, do not be disturbed by the prosperity of the wicked. To truly be be undisturbed one needs to come to the sanctuary of God (Psalms 73:3,17).
