How To Be Victorious In Life And Beyond?
When David was preparing an army to takeover Israel, it grew as the army of God (1 Chronicles 12:21). Mighty warriors and giant killers joined him as he began his conquest after the death of Saul.
The Holy Spirit came upon a chief warrior where he sang praising God desiring to join David in battle.
Each and every warrior had a perfectly committed heart and oneness of mind as they joined King David (1 Chronicles 12:38).
True union is about becoming bone and flesh with one another. When God made Eve for Adam, what did Adam say? "bone of my bones, flesh of my flesh".
When we become bone and flesh we become victorious in life and beyond
Be it in marriage, fellowship or any godly relationship, we need to stay joined in Spirit and in Truth. Otherwise, the union is vain. Believers, as members of the body of Christ, is called to a perfect and holy unity in Jesus.
When Herod was vexing the church, killed James, and persecuted the disciples; the church was in prayer. Peter was arrested, with four quaternion soldiers guarding him. Think for a moment, Peter the harmless apostle, was guarded heavily. Moving on. The church was praying with one accord for their living apostle. I believe they became bone and flesh in prayer to receive victory - see Peter freed.
Peter therefore was kept in prison: but prayer was made without ceasing of the church unto God for him.
Acts 12:5
A mighty miracle took place. God rescued his servant from Herod and all the expectation of the Jews.
... behold, the angel of the Lord came upon him, and a light shined in the prison: and he smote Peter on the side, and raised him up, saying, Arise up quickly... his chains fell off from his hands. And the angel said unto him, Gird thyself, and bind on thy sandals - so he did. And he saith unto him, Cast thy garment about thee, and follow me.
acts 12:7,8
When driven by love, God will fight for us, and rescue us. Dear brother and sister in Christ, let us join and become as ONE. He is the same miracle working Saviour, our living God.
The day of Christ is here.
Maranatha, Praise God and Amen!
