How to question the questions in your mind?

We have a zillion thoughts running in our minds. Most of which are questions that often trouble us. There are good questions and bad questions. There are useful questions and irrelevant ones. All kinds of questions come up as we live this life.

Fears and doubts stir questions in our minds. In a world where sin is increasing at a rapid rate, we tend to question God too. Unbelievable and shocking things are unfolding before us.

What is a good or bad question?
How do we identify a bad question?

The first ever question that was asked on earth was in the garden of Eden. The serpent questioned what God told man regarding the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. His questioning provoked Eve to eat of the tree that God had already said not to eat.

Had man reminded himself that it was God who said not to eat, he wouldn’t have made the mistake. He would have driven the serpent away. We know, the opposite happened.

How to tackle the questions in your mind?

Check every questioning thought that persists with the word of God. The word of God is the best judge of the thoughts and intentions of our hearts.

For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

Hebrews 4:12

Paul reminds the Corinthians church to bring every thought captive to the obedience of Christ.

Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;

2 Corinthians 10:5

Media and technology are directly attacking our thought lives. Guard your heart and mind with the word to question the questions in your mind. Maranatha, praise God and amen!
