You Will Have Trouble, But It Will Be Good For You
(Exodus 5:23) Ever since I came to Pharaoh as your spokesman, he has been even more brutal to your people. And you have done nothing to rescue them!”
Similarly, these days, we express our dejection before God. Questions we often have - Why has God not delivered me? How long will I need to bear this suffering? But what is God’s promise?
(Exodus 6:6,7) I am the Lord who will deliver you from bondage. (Isaiah 51:14) The captive desires to be freed.
WHO WILL GO THROUGH TROUBLE?
ALL THOSE WHO INHERIT BLESSINGS face troubles. Are you a spiritual or a carnal child? (Galatians 4:22,23). We are children of promise. The promised son, Isaac, was mocked and derided by Ishmael. He was also laid on the altar (Genesis 22:9). God desires That We Remain On The Altar.
All who are CALLED TO SERVE THE LORD in spirit and truth (John 4:23,24). SMA bound and thrown into the fire 🔥 (Daniel 3:23). But another person (Jesus) was in the midst of them. They refused to idol worship.
(Acts 12:6) Peter was bound by chains between two soldiers. People in ministry who SURRENDERED THEMSELVES go through troubles. (Acts 20:24) Nothing moves me except what I received from Jesus - ministry.
(2 Samuel 22:1,4) ANOINTED of the Lord. King David was anointed thrice. He went through many troubles. We are anointed to be King. (Judges 9:7-15) Fruitful kings vs thornbush. Be fruitful - keep fatness, stay sweet and spread joy.
Those WHO SHED TEARS (Jeremiah 9:1). (Jeremiah 38:6) Jeremiah was thrown into a pit - sunk in the mire. Those who dropped him picked him up again. Jeremiah never questioned his state.
Let us not get easily dejected and question God. Let us not lose hope because God is with us. He is a promise keeper.
Maranatha, Praise God, and Amen.
