Are casual conversations a problem for believers? No. Why? A believer knows the value of every word. He is fully aware of how the words of his mouth and the meditation of his heart need to be acceptable to God. 

A believer well-versed in biblical instructions will guard his heart and put a bridle in his mouth. 

How serious are you about what you say? 

Do you care when you ask someone, 'How are you'?

Do you pray when you tell someone, 'I'll pray for you'?

Faith keeps your words pure and heart free. Fear will keep your words masked and your heart bound. 

Let secret recordings of what you say become a source of healing and comfort for others.
