The spiritually dead will miss out on the rapture

Suffering from FOMO or the fear of missing out?

We keep scrolling and browsing lest we miss something important in life. FOMO is driven by anxiety and the need for belonging in the world. A sense of busyness to keep ourselves engaged and feel important.

Watch and pray that we do not miss out on God's visitation in our lives. When God visits, are you available? (Luke 19:42-46)

When Jesus entered Jerusalem on a colt, the crowd of disciples rejoiced and praised God with a shout. The Pharisees could not tolerate it and wanted Jesus to tell them to shut up.

Jesus responded, saying, "You cannot recognise me because it's hidden from you. You did not recognise the time of my visitation."

Jesus performed wonders and miracles and preached the truth from the Old Testament the Pharisees knew by heart. Yet, they failed to recognise Him. Their hearts had become hardened because of the pride of this life. The Jews had the opportunity to repent and rejoice in Spirit and Truth, but many failed to recognise the messiah.

The spiritually dead will NOT recognise the day of Christ, only those who are spiritually awake.

Noah did not build the ark in a day. It took time for all of it to happen. Righteous Noah warned the people to turn to God. Instead, they mocked him.

Every hero of faith recognised God's visitation. The hearers had the time to repent and turn from their ways. Some did, but many chose their own will.

God is ever-present with us. When we pursue His kingdom daily, He performs what's necessary for our spiritual and earthly needs. Be guided by the Holy Spirit to do what God desires and how He desires them, to remain a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to Him.

Stay surrendered to receive the unction of the Holy Spirit, and you will not miss out on the coming of Christ. Maranatha, Praise God, and Amen.
