Saving Faith or sick faith?

Is your faith sick, or is your faith saving the sick?

Yes, there is a faith that saves the sick and draws the forgiveness of God through the power of prayer. (James 5:15)

How is your faith today?

Without faith, it is impossible to please God.

WHY WON'T GOD BE PLEASED WITHOUT FAITH?

When you don't have faith, you aren't giving room to the one who died for you and rose again in your heart so He can author faith in you. Only faith in Christ can bring us and others (in our lives) the victory we need over sin, self, the world and Satan.

Isn't it amazing that God chooses you and me to pray by faith and see His power work so mightily that a person gets healed, saved, and receive forgiveness of sins?

When you grow in faith, your faith will get tested daily. Testing bears an outcome in our lives. What testing? What outcomes?

Like schools have exams, as you learn and grow, your claim of faith will be tested as well. Unlike school exams where human effort is glorified, in the exam of life, Jesus gets glorified when faith is found in us. Every kind of earthly exam is temporal, but in the here and now, in the exam of life, we prepare for eternity.

What is the outcome of faith?

Peter says that the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though tried with fire, might be found unto praise, honour, and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ. (1 Peter 1:7,8)

You and I, who believe, or walk by faith, without having seen Jesus or have God move before us like in the Old Testament, are filled with a joy unspeakable that keeps us faithful till the end.

Let's desire daily and stay in that everlasting joy by faith. Jesus is coming soon. Praise God, and Amen.
