Not Everyone Can Understand The Bible
The believer, blessed with the greatest gift, has received freedom unknown to the rest of the world. This gift of Salvation is the best event in a person's life.
Consider a simple truth about the believer's life. Only he knows the word of God and receives an understanding of it. What is necessary to get knowledge of God's word?
Is it hidden? Yes, from the wicked and those who reject God. It is for those God has called by name. You, dear believer, are called by name.
And I will give thee the treasures of darkness, and hidden riches of secret places, that thou mayest know that I, the Lord, which call thee by thy name, am the God of Israel. (Isaiah 45:3)
Who can understand the Bible?
You must be born again (John 3:3)
Spirit-led (1 Corinthians 2:14)
Father leads the person (John 6:44)
The born-again experience transforms our entire approach to life on earth. As believers, we get exposed to the marvelous light of Christ. Billions do not have this revelation of God. Only a born-again believer can understand what the kingdom of God has for a child of God.
We are guided by the Holy Spirit when we sincerely study the word. He illuminates our minds and stirs our hearts, authoring a faith in God that delivers us from the strongholds of sin and ungodly fears. The Holy Spirit nurtures our spirits to discern what is of God and what is not.
Unless the Heavenly Father does not draw a person into the light, he remains in darkness. You, dear believer, have been drawn into the light that delivers us today from all anxiety, loneliness, and other burdening wicked spirits.
Don't take life in Christ for granted. Book a slot with Jesus every day. Set an alarm or fix a time to exercise diligent practices that build up your faith life.
Jesus is coming. Praise God, and Amen.
