No Sinner Wants God

No sinner wants God. He loves his sin and the spiritual poverty he is familiar with. He is deceived into believing that all is well in his life because everything looks and feels fine - A good job, no family infighting, peaceful neighbours, regular church, etc.

In the process, he adds more stronger spirits into his life over time. He gets rooted in worldliness and earthly riches. He doesn’t want anyone to disturb what he perceives as a peaceful life.

Jesus delivered a man possessed by demons. But the people begged Jesus to leave the city.

Rather than accepting the deliverer, they rejected him. They could not understand the great work He did.

Many left Jesus after they heard the deep truth. They preferred free food that fed the body and rejected food that feeds the soul.

Sometimes, you will get rejected even if you mean well. Not everyone wants a Saviour. Many choose hell, even in church. Serve God, not man.

Stop saying I'm not like Jesus!

He is the only one to follow. You're called to glorify Jesus whether others like it or not.

Jesus was crucified for the truth.

Live the truth Jesus died for and rose again. He is the resurrection and life. If you die today, to rise when Jesus comes, you need to live by the faith of the son of God.

Maranatha, Praise God, and Amen.
