Lay Down Your Isaac At God’s Feet

Is your Isaac on the altar? God wasn't pleased with Abraham till he was willing to put Isaac on the altar. His faith saved him and made him the father of faith. Without faith, it is impossible to please God.

Abraham waited far too long to get the promised child. Far too long for our levels of patience. But what made Abraham receive the child of promise? He waited in God. He lived by faith. 

Your Isaac could be your child, spouse, parents, mobile phone, job or business, land, or anything you hold of greater value than God.

Abraham proved his faith with works. He walked the talk. Only a faith that works can save us for Jesus. 

What does God desire of you, His child? Wholehearted love and trust. After all, God alone is true and faithful. He is the real Father. 

Jesus lived by faith as an example for those who have put their faith in Him. He did not die on the cross and rose again to establish religion. But to live in the hearts of those who believe in Him in love and trust. 

Only when we live by faith, which means giving up all we have on earth, will Jesus be able to save us. If we hold onto anything else, even our lives (fear of death), Jesus cannot save us. 

Seek God's Holy Spirit to break every thinking and feeling hindering you from wholeheartedly loving Jesus. Let the power of God descend upon you mightily so you are set free. 

God never fails. He keeps His promises to His children.
