Jesus completes us

Our praise and thanks will always be insufficient compared to the great works God does in our lives. Yet, He does not measure us by the amount of praise we give to Him.

The Word teaches us to pray without stopping and to rejoice continually. We often fail here too. We find ourselves lacking in our prayer life and worship.

In all our insufficiencies, He fulfils us. Jesus completes us. He delivers, heals, restores, refreshes, renews, and refines us every time we turn to Him.

Every good thing that manifests in us today is the work of the Holy Spirit. No one is good except God. Every good work in us is His glorious work of grace through Christ.

King David confesses what can I give to God for all His benefits to me? (Psalms 116:12)

We have nothing to give but ourselves. Let us desire His heart like King David. Let's purpose like Daniel to praise and worship Him all the time. Like Mary, be at His feet and delight in His words.

O, what sweet love, what amazing grace!

Soon, Jesus will appear in all His glory for you and me. Prepare yourself to meet Jesus. Give Him thanks and praise His name most High. The trumpet will sound, and He will gather forever those who love His appearing.

Maranatha, Praise God, and Amen.
