I Got Admitted To College When All Seemed Lost

“I’ve been praying for close to two years for the right college and subject to study and become a teacher. We never have enough money for most things, but thus far God has been awesome. I did not have enough money for a college admission as well.

When all seemed lost, God helped me push the boundaries

Everyone had given up on me. God gave me grace to press on in prayer. I recently went to a big college to get admitted. The college required that I pay the full amount. When I went to the college no one could help me. They said you need to speak to the owner now if you want the admission. I asked around for the owners number. Found out he’s inaccessible because he was a high profile man.

I requested the staff to give me his home address. When I got it I went to his house. I met his brother who asked me to leave because the owner was busy and did not have time. I asked the brother to give me the owners number. After pondering for a few seconds he gave me his number.

I immediately made the call. Told the owner I was at his residence. I saw some local politicians enter his house. I thought I’ve probably lost the chance. But he came out and heard me. Immediately wrote a letter stating I could pay an initial amount and the rest later whenever I had the money.

I got admitted! The staff were surprised because they’ve never been able to get the owners number and rarely got a chance to speak to him. God opened a way when man could not help me.

I’m so grateful to God for doing the impossible.”

What looked like a relentless pursuit for what seemed impossible for anyone at that point, God gave grace to this daughter to 'Go'. "When the Spirit of the Lord moves within my heart, I will sing like David sang"
