How To Worship In Spirit And In Truth?
What does it mean, Spirit and in Truth? God is building the body of Christ, uniting us in Spirit and in Truth. The unity in the body of Christ is a spiritual journey. The physical (in its present form) is temporal, its significance is restricted to life on earth.
In time God will prepare His own for the day of Christ. It will be based on spiritual (minds and hearts) transformation, and the manifestation of the truth of the word of God in one’s life,
This unity in Christ is not based on what we are seeing (natural). It is about how each one of us is aligned (supernaturally) with God’s perfect plan concerning our lives.
The sorting is happening now as the world is in turmoil. Believers are falling from the faith. There are believers today who no more believe in the rapture, and are becoming hopeless. Children are confused and fearful; Youth are torn between pursuing wealth and God. Women are losing their God-given place of power, giving in to “feminism” and other emotionally triggered cultural motivations.
In Spirit and in truth, simply put, refers to;
Love flows from The Spirit > Surrender.
Word of God is Truth > Obey.
God is love.
God is a Spirit.
When we give room for the Holy spirit, He pours His love into us to do the things we need to do.
Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.
John 16:3
When we surrender our lives to the author of love, He empowers our walk in obedience to the truth of His word. Like Jesus, the Son of God.
“For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.”
Romans 8:14
As believers, you and me, are called to worship in Spirit and in Truth. Jesus is the only way out of this mess we are in. Dive in deep, build your wings, it’s time to fly. Maranatha, praise God and amen.
“But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him.”
John 4:23
