How To Stand Against Hate In Your Life?

Did you say you believe in Jesus? Then you need to also be ready to face hate. Are you willing to live in world full of hate, living for Jesus? If you are not, then you aren't living the good christian life.

John writes; Marvel Not when you are hated (1 John 3:13).

Jesus said; because the world hates me, you who believe and walk in God's word will be hated as well (John 15:18).

Let's not find hate against us for Christ feel like a mystery. It is not. I know, it's not easy living with that kind of knowledge daily.

What do all biblical heroes have in common? They faced deep hatred from those who opposed their belief in the one true God.

• The Jews stoned Stephen, and killed him for preaching the gospel.
• Paul was stoned and left for dead in Jerusalem.
• Daniel, shut in a lions den for praying.
• Joseph rejected by his brothers for speaking out Godly dreams.

Stand against hate in prayer and love

Our own family can hinder our spiritual growth. In the name of "moderation" many refuse to do God's will only to please one another. Jesus family considered him mad when He was out delivering those with demonic oppression. Are you depending on God or on man?

Striving in prayer is the need of the hour. A heart full of love, fixed on doing God's will is what the world needs. Loving by giving your time and effort and then receiving hate is not an easy road. It's impossible for us to love without the love of Jesus.

Hate binds those who give room to it in their hearts. They need deliverance. Praying against dark forces like hate unleashes the power of God. God removes the hate in time as we wait in the Lord.

We naturally want life easy. The definition for an easy life is different for a non-believer versus a believer. Repent as we near the day of Christ. Put aside all other loves and turn your heart to live for Jesus. Maranatha, Praise God and Amen.
