How to know your new family in Christ?

Every job teaches us to get to know the person or target audience. When you get to know the person, you can work better with them or for them. 

Demographics, psychographics, etc., give us deeper details to sell a Brands product or draw attention to an NGO cause. 

A customer profile is to speak into the lives of people. 

An employee profile is to drive employee engagement. 

Profiles help companies understand their target's personal preferences and habits.

These techniques used by brands are to know their users and call them family converting them into loyal users and advocates.

The Word teaches us NOT to know a man in the flesh (2 Corinthians 5:16). It doesn't matter whether a person is a Jew or Gentile, American or African, etc. It does not matter whether a person is rich or poor, literate or illiterate. All have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. Jesus Christ died for all. When we get to know people, including our family, in the flesh, we become carnally minded. 

In Christ, we are new creatures. To be spiritually minded is life and peace. A new man is not a change in perspective alone. He is a completely transformed person. We are now born of the Spirit and sow in the Spirit unto everlasting life.

Jesus made it clear about "family". Only those who do the will of God are our family. God is uniting this family through His Spirit and Truth. 

How to get to know your new family in Christ?

Know Jesus, born in the flesh, crucified, and rose again to bring total deliverance to man. The more you know Christ, the more you will understand the new family in Him.

How to know Jesus, who manifested in the flesh and was born of God? Spend quality time in prayer and studying the Word of God. Listen to people who speak the truth, not those you "like". If the Word preached is the truth, continue in fellowship no matter how you feel treated at church.

Knowing the new family requires us to forget the ways of the old. Easier said than done. Yet, that is the only way.

Separate from the foolish and arrogant of this world who only look for arguments to prove themselves right. 

God desires to speak to you personally. He knows you, and He wants you to know Him. How awesome is that? There is none like Him!

If you are serious about love, love God and seek His pure love. He will pour His love abundantly so you can love all to the highest standard. Jesus is coming soon. Praise God, and Amen.
