How To Experience The Most Powerful State As A Human?

The most powerful state as a human cannot be imagined by our feeble minds. To try and imagine ourselves to be in such a powerful state will always be either impossible or wrong. Yet, what we experience in the presence of God is evidential and truth. No matter what we accomplish on earth, they will be nothing compared to what we experience in the presence of God's holiness and love.

Cornelius lacked nothing materially. After all, he was a centurion. A powerful man, one with great authority. Yet we find him fully devoted to a life of prayer even though he did not know the true God. So much so that God sent him an angel, pleased with his prayer life.

How is your prayer life today? Are you as committed as Cornelius in prayer and praising to God?

He firmly believed, despite his power and position, that without God he was nothing. How many believers truly live like this today?

When Peter came home to preach the gospel, Cornelius humbled himself greatly before an ordinary man. He fell down at Peters feet and worshipped him (Acts 10:25). Humility and lowliness of heart was evident in his approach to God and His servants.

When can we experience the most powerful state as a human?

The most powerful state of a Christian is when he is humble and poor in spirit. Wonders happen! Let us come boldly but humbly before God not only for ourselves but the salvation of mankind.

Jesus consistently walked in the awesome power of God. To walk in the same power as Jesus walked in, we need to learn from Jesus.

Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. (Matthew 11:29)
