How To Believe In God?

When we believe, we go all in. For worldly perishable things we believe by going all in, how much more we need to surrender ourselves and believe in God.

When we believe, miracles happen...

The eunuch believed with all his heart that Jesus was Lord. He was immediately baptised by Philip right by the pool of water which they spotted on the way.

And Philip said, If thou believest with all thine heart, thou mayest... he answered and said, I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. And he commanded the chariot to stand still: and they went down both into the water, both Philip and the eunuch; and he baptized him. (Acts 8:37,38)

The woman with the issue of blood, believed that by touching Jesus’ garment she would be healed. She was made whole because of her great faith on God.

And, behold, a woman, which was diseased with an issue of blood twelve years, came behind him, and touched the hem of his garment: For she said within herself, If I may but touch his garment, I shall be whole. But Jesus turned him about, and when he saw her, he said, Daughter, be of good comfort; thy faith hath made thee whole. And the woman was made whole from that hour. (Matthew 9:20-22)

The Gentile woman believed that God will heal her daughter; her counter argument, revealed great faith, winning Jesus over. Her daughter was healed that very hour when Jesus gave His word. (Matthew 15:22-28).

The samaritan woman by the well displayed her belief when she called others to meet Jesus. (John 4:7-29)

Without faith it is impossible to please God (Hebrews 11:6). Trusting God in all things is a need for every believer; to save self, and save others (1 Timothy 4:16).

The world is in pain and hurting; only God can save a dying world. Jesus is the answer. Let’s believe wholeheartedly, for His glory daily. Maranatha, Praise God.
