How To Be Rich Like A King?
Do you want to be rich? There are no poor Kings, only wealthy ones. The New Testament believer is a king and priest. As a king, He is full of heavenly riches.
What does the bible say about the rich?
What does Jesus say concerning the materially rich of this world? It’s difficult to enter heaven for the materially rich.
And Jesus looked round about, and saith unto his disciples, How hardly shall they that have riches enter into the kingdom of God! (Mark 10:23)
Paul instructs Timothy to remind the rich to not be high minded, nor trust their riches. But, entirely depend on God who provides all (1Timothy 6:17).
Moses left all the riches of Egypt to pursue God’s will concerning His life. He could have continued to live in luxury in the Pharaohs house. But, chose to suffer for God.
Choosing rather to suffer affliction with the people of God, than to enjoy the pleasures of sin for a season; Esteeming the reproach of Christ greater riches than the treasures in Egypt: for he had respect unto the recompence of the reward. By faith he forsook Egypt, not fearing the wrath of the king: for he endured, as seeing him who is invisible. (Hebrews 11:25-27)
5 Riches of Heaven
1. Goodness, forbearing and long suffering (Romans 2:4)
2. Riches of grace (Ephesians 1:7)
3. Riches of glory (Romans 9:23)
4. Full assurance of understanding (Colossians 2:2)
5. Unsearchable Riches of Christ (Ephesians 3.8)
There is no lack in Heaven: nor for the children of God on earth. Of all the riches we can get in this world today, God's riches are everlasting. We were created to live forever with God; not to be lost in the vanity of this world. Give your heart to God so you can enjoy His riches forever.
Be ready, Jesus is coming to take us to enjoy His riches forever. Maranatha, praise God and amen!
