Everyone Is Not Equal

We are not created equal. God does not create duplicates. Each person is unique and plays a specific role as children of God.

Worldly education forced us to compete with one another. Our early childhood was filled with comparisons. "Look at this child. Why can't you be more like him?" See, Jack got 80%, why can't you? You know the drill. Even if no one compared us, we would inadvertently do so.

In church, children compare and end up discouraging themselves. Another sees a vision or fills in the anointing, or some such, and some children begin to wonder if God even loves them at all.

Here are three reasons why we are not created equal;

ACCORDING TO GRACE

(Romans 12:3)

According to the grace given to us, we get instructed to live. Minister, according to what God has called you.

DIFFERENT MEMBERS OF THE SAME BODY

(Romans 12:4)

Not all members have the same office. Each member has a specific part to perform. Stay focused on your work.

VARYING GIFTS

(Romans 12:6)

Different grace = different gifts. Stick to the gifts and talents God has already given you.

Trusting God wholeheartedly, will help us forget our lack and keep abounding in His pleasure. Look at Jesus. He is our Head. When we listen to the Head, we will remain in His will, ready to fly.

Maranatha, praise God, and Amen.
