Being A Minister
A full-time minister, called by God has his responsibility towards his flock. He will not desire anything from them, he will give all he can to them as he is led by the Holy Spirit. He won’t be enticed by a believers position, status in society, or material wealth. Instead, he will be wholly committed to serving Jesus who shed His precious blood for him. After all, he left all, in obedience to the only One that matters in this life we live.As followers, we too have a responsibility, children or adults, to seek the Lord in all we do. To give to the weak and build one another in the love of God. To encourage our ministers in Christ by walking in the spiritual fervour according to the grace given to us.Minister or follower, we are called to be Kings & Priests - Revelation 1:5,6 "And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood, And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen."One day Spirit Baptised believers will judge the earth. Till that day, let’s wait in the Lord in prayer and supplication. Fulfilling the will of God daily.
I have coveted no man's silver, or gold, or apparel. Yea, ye yourselves know, that these hands have ministered unto my necessities, and to them that were with me. I have shewed you all things, how that so labouring ye ought to support the weak, and to remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he said, It is more blessed to give than to receive. (Acts 20:33-35]
