Abiding Presence

The only way to enter eternity is by staying in the abiding presence of God. 

WHAT IS THIS ABIDING PRESENCE? 

Jesus said that if we keep His words, the Father, Jesus and the Holy Spirit will abide in us. (John 14:15,16, 22/ 15:1-7)

God gave us the Holy Spirit to experience His consistent and continuous presence in our hearts. 

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WE ABIDE IN CHRIST?

1. We will know Jesus more and more

2. Share Jesus with everyone

3. We become fruitful for the kingdom of God

4. The anointing in us teaches us and keeps us from being overcome by the world. We overcome the world daily.

5. Prepare for eternity because of His abounding love, joy, peace and hope.

Are you looking forward to life in eternity, or are you looking forward to life in this world? How you spend your time on earth will decide your future in eternity. The only way to enter into everlasting life is through Christ. 

Seeking Christ above all else prepares you for eternity as you receive all you need (and maybe more) for this life. 

A very necessary experience of the abiding presence of God in us is that we will overcome unforgiveness, bitterness, hatred, and other negative feelings easily because of giving room for the Spirit of God in prayer.

Is there anything too hard for God? No, nothing. Trust God. Let the abiding presence of God's anointing break free in you for you to be a blessing to others as well.
