6 Simple Reasons To Walk In Divine Healing
This post on divine healing will hit hard. Read it prayerfully. Keep your personal passions and intellectual fervour in control. We live in a world where we are daily sold fear. Switch on a TV in any hotel in America, all you see are Ads on health. It's a grand scam for money at the cost of human lives. Modern medicine is a lie. Everything we eat today is contaminated. Pray before you eat or drink. Do all things in decency and order.
There are millions who trust only Christ for their healing. Like the many examples we see in the New Testament. Above all, Jesus healed ALL manner of sickness and ALL manner of disease. (If you are not willing to believe that is your decision. No point in arguing over it. Go to God's presence with a seeking heart.)
Does everyone get healed all the time? Not necessarily, but all who go through this journey have a clear direct revelation from God.
If you want to believe in Divine Healing, there are 6 things to keep in mind. The faith for it comes from the author of faith, Jesus. It’s not a matter of personal choice, it is the word of God. God desires we trust in Him alone.
Divine Healing Is Of God, a Life of Faith
1. God said, “I am the Lord that heals you.” NOT, “I am the lord who recommends such and such medicine and a doctor who may call upon me eventually because he’s given up for your healing”. The creator of heavens and earth has spoken. When we learn to trust in God, He will do what He says. He isn’t man who will lie. (Exodus 15:26) (Isaiah 53:5,10)
2. Jesus demonstrated on earth, in human form, how to walk in healing. He sent disciples to heal the sick by the power of God, not with a medical kit. Jesus healed many without any outside help. (Matthew 4:23) (Luke 9:2)
3. Jesus died on the cross for our sicknesses too, not only sin. The blood of Jesus does not need the help of medicine.
4. Power of Resurrection that raised Jesus from the dead will heal us (Romans 8:11). No medicine can raise anyone from the dead. Only the power of resurrection will. The power of resurrection does not need medicine. Common (spiritual) sense.
5. Apostolic Doctrine. The apostles taught and practiced this truth, living an exemplary life.
6. Listen to personal testimonies. Hear from people who’ve experienced divine healing without any help from doctors. Is the dead being raised today? Do we see miracles amidst us? Yes, and yes. Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever. You want examples? Read Smith Wigglesworth's books.
Talk less, Pray more. Read God's Word more than anything else on the matter.
As we meditate on scripture and give our lives to His word, God enables a faith to trust in Him. For all things - including physical healing.
Diseased King Asa, instead of seeking God, sought doctors (2 Chronicles 16:12).
A woman sought doctors for 12 years and found no healing. She received divine healing at the feet of Jesus (Luke 43-48).
