A simple reason as to why we faint in our daily spiritual walk would be — due to the lack of spiritual strength. We get our inner spiritual strength by reading and meditating the Word of God and giving room to the anointing of the Holy Spirit on a daily basis.
However, there are a few other reasons as well that make us grow faint and weary. Here are 3 common reasons why fainting in spiritual walk could happen:
Forgotten the Day of Salvation
As believers, when we forget, the terrible and depraved, “impossible to escape” state of sin we were in prior to being saved, that’s when weariness seeps in to us. Nevertheless, when we begin meditating on the preciousness of the blood of Jesus, then the Spirit of God starts to renew us.(Deuteronomy 32:18)
Ignorance of God’s Word
Nowadays, many are found walking in the vanity of their mind. Vain thoughts about position, reputation and other kinds of idolatry run through their thoughts and weaken them in the inner man. The lack of studying the word of God causes one to be faint and fall into sin. (Ephesians 4:18)
Neglecting Key Areas of Life
Is there any aspect of life that requires repair? Maybe a relationship or some work that you know had to be done and isn’t getting done. Lack of diligence is harmful. It disrupts the momentum and leaves us helpless. (2 Peter 1:10)
We are flawed. Made perfect only in Christ. Nonetheless, we can get a lot done together in fellowship. May the Lord help us to set right our lives and be prepared when He comes. Praise God!
Be blessed 💕
Good deeds as helping others count as well…
Praying and loving unconditionally is way as well to feel connected to God and source of creation and existence…
You are hitting it on the money!
Amen! Praise God! 😇❤️
Thanks for sharing these sis. When we remember that we were indeed bought with a price and our sins remembered no more, we are able to conquer any straying thought and yes His word helps us claim our stance in Him. 💯
Hi Mercy! Amen 😇❤️!! Absolutely right! The blood of Jesus and His Word is our help. Appreciate your comment.
Oh how flawed we are, but so glad we are made perfect in Christ! 💜
Great is His faithfulness! ✝️😇
Amen to that! 🙂

Yes. He binds up the brokenhearted and heals our wounds. Only God can repair us indeed.
Amen! 😇❤️ Absolutely!!
I think we allow so much of the world into our lives that a person takes his or her focus off of God. They neglect reading their bibles, praying, fellowship.
Before long they do not even remember when they stop. That is why the scripture says ” you were running a race, who hinder you?
We have to be faithful in our race so that we do not lose sight of God.
Yeah, you are right! When we take life for granted and things God has given us out of His grace, spiritual fainting is bound to happen!
Thanks for stopping by and for the input! God bless!
You are welcome. God bless you.
