Calling ourselves Christians has nothing to do with being called to be a Christ-ian. What does it really mean to be a Christian?

Desire to grow in Christ to live mindfully, to avoid wasting time and allowing boredom and confusion to throw you off track. What you should focus on now, as a young believer.

Samson was a mighty man. A strong man. Physically, always fit. Never had to pick a single dumbbell, nor take steroids. He killed 1000 men with the jawbone of an ass, among many other impossible physical feats.

“No one told me.”

The repentant thief feared God. He recognised Jesus as the saviour of the world in his dying moments. (Luke‬ ‭23:39-43‬)

Have you forgiven everyone in your life?

A believer and his minister got into an altercation. Both blamed each other for what happened. The bitterness among them grew so much that they avoided each other as much as possible. The believer, a good and helpful man, became weaker and weaker spiritually. It had a terrible bearing on the rest of the family.

You may not be a designated servant of God. You may not have had a “calling for full-time ministry” according to how you understand it because of the church you go to. Does that mean you don’t have a calling to serve God? Every Spirit baptised believer is called to be a king and a priest (Revelation 1:6).
