How To Speak The Words Of Eternal Life?

To speak the words of eternal life, we need to first understand how to receive these words.

Then said Jesus unto the twelve, Will ye also go away? Then Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life. And we believe and are sure that thou art that Christ, the Son of the living God. (John 6:67-69)

What's necessary before we speak out is the need to recognise Jesus the way Peter did. Peter knew he had no one else to go to because he knew he had met the ONE. He believed in Jesus as the only way, truth and life. He knew Jesus as the Saviour, the Son of the Living God. I repeat, Living God. Not dead, neither sleeping, nor half asleep; but, THE LIVING GOD.

Jesus is the word of God, He gave us eternal life through His sacrifice on the cross of Calvary. When we preach Christ risen, when we preach the good news, we preach eternal life.

When we preach about the amazing love of the Heavenly Father, we preach eternal life. When we teach about the grace of our lord and saviour Jesus Christ, and give room in our hearts for the power of Holy Spirit to manifest in and through us, the words of eternal life will transform minds and hearts.

Is your child, spouse or parents behaving out of order? Is your friend or anyone in your close circuit going out of line? Then speak the words of life into their minds and hearts. Do not look at the person or the situation, but as you pray for the person trust God to put His Word in your heart so you become a source of edification, exhortation and comfort to them.
