A sound believer is a faithful believer.
What is one of the most dangerous things happening today? A dilution of the word of God in the lives of believers.
The pandemic has kept people away from doctrine, correction, reproof and instruction in righteousness – no preaching and no fellowship.
Lack of personal bible study and hunger for God’s presence has caused many children to consume content online without a proper context.
Various churches have various leading; ‘love’ is not the same everywhere – when teaching is weak, lifestyle turns bleak.
God is love. He is also holy and just.
God has given us a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).
What does it mean to be a sound believer?
1. Growing in doctrine (Titus 2:1)
2. Growing in faith (Acts 3:16)
3. Holding fast to sound words (2 Timothy 1:13) (Colossians 3:16)
A sound lifestyle is possible when we have a deep love for God. Growing in doctrine, faith and lifestyle requires dedication and trust. When we accepted Jesus as our personal Saviour and the only way to the Awesome Father, we made a commitment. A commitment to follow Him no matter what the world throws at us.
Now is the time, Jesus is coming soon. Praise God and Amen!
