One Day At Time
How does a believer live each day? Every day, one day at a time. How? Comment? Wie? ¿Cómo?
If this isn't your reality today, seek God in prayer so He makes these words of God manifest daily in your life.
Jesus said, live one day at a time (Matthew 6:34). Each day has enough evil for us to journey through (2 Peter 2:8). We don't realise this truth till we stop and reflect on our thoughts, feelings, words and actions that flowed in and out of us each day.
Meditate on the word of God day and night (Luke 11:3) (Psalms 1). Jesus is the bread of life. Without Jesus, we are nothing and cannot do anything good that pleases the Father. God daily gave Israel angels food during the wilderness journey. It was a miracle. Seek God first and witness the miracle of His word, refreshing your spirit daily.
Rejoicing and gladness because this is the day the Lord has made. When you seek God early morning, and give room for the Holy Spirit, you are filled with fresh joy and peace. You will experience calm throughout the day that no one else can give. (2 Corinthians 4:16) (1 Thessalonians 5:16)
Sing praise and glory to God daily (Psalms 96:2-4). Tell others about the great salvation you have received. Pray without ceasing (1 Thessalonians 5:17) (Acts 2:46,47)
Jesus is the same every day. We put on Christ every day (Hebrews 13:8). Listen to the Father's call to do His perfect will. When we surrender, the power of the Holy Spirit keeps His character alive in us.
Encourage each other daily to protect from deceitful natures (Hebrews 3:13). (Hebrews 12:25). Love others fervently (1 Peter 1:23).
Always give thanks. (1 Thessalonians 5:18) (Colossians 3:17). Be grateful for your earthly family, job, and other necessary earthly work.
Earnestly awaiting His appearing. Any moment, Jesus will come. (Matthew 25:13) (2 Timothy 4:8)
Maranatha, Praise God, and Amen.
