How To Live Loving One Person Alone?

Loving one person alone is unthinkable for man. It's because the very idea of love is distorted by sin. But, how is it possible to love only one person? More importantly, what does that even mean?

A believer does not need any other Love over and above the love of Jesus. No believer will ever miss anyone’s love. In the presence of Jesus she has love that’s overflowing and makes the heart run over with joy. The love of Jesus gives us the strength to do God’s will.

Jesus came down to love, to reveal to us the power in God’s love. As our example, we are called to Love like Him. People left Jesus when He needed them the most but the love of the Father kept Him till the very end. He proved that it is possible to love others without expecting anything in return.

And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he that endureth to the end shall be saved. (Matthew 10:22)

What does it really mean, loving one person alone?

This is no ordinary love, it is Heavenly. Love that is of God is eternal and in rich supply. Jesus gave us one new commandment, to love everyone as He loves us. This is amazing love. a one stop solution to live freely.

How can we host such a great love? When we abide in the truth of God daily, and be led by the Spirit of God. God will ensure we love everyone like He loves all. We are nothing without God's love (1 Corinthians 13:3), and we can do nothing without Jesus (John 15:5). If we aren't walking in love, we are nothing to God. To walk in love we need to think and walk like Jesus.
