How To Know You Are Changed Forever?
Paul was well bred.
Paul was well read.
He was a top Jew.
Among the only few.
He killed Christians with purpose.
Till he was changed on the road to Damascus.
Nothing convinced Paul till he had an encounter with the living God, Jesus.
Before Christ, he was so sure about his calling that he thought he was serving God. After his salvation experience, his commitment to Christ was and is evident to all. God chose him to be an apostle. He suffered much for the kingdom of God. Beaten with rods, stoned, shipwrecked, etc.
Are they ministers of Christ? (I speak as a fool) I am more; in labours more abundant, in stripes above measure, in prisons more frequent, in deaths oft. Of the Jews five times received I forty stripes save one. Thrice was I beaten with rods, once was I stoned, thrice I suffered shipwreck, a night and a day I have been in the deep; In journeyings often, in perils of waters, in perils of robbers, in perils by mine own countrymen, in perils by the heathen, in perils in the city, in perils in the wilderness, in perils in the sea, in perils among false brethren; In weariness and painfulness, in watchings often, in hunger and thirst, in fastings often, in cold and nakedness. Beside those things that are without, that which cometh upon me daily, the care of all the churches.
2 Corinthians 11:23-28
God arranged the his transition into the faith through Ananias. Ananias received a vision, simultaneously God spoke to Paul in a vision. Both united by the Holy Spirit, on the truth of Christ.
You are changed forever only through Jesus
Dear brother, sister, Jesus is responsible for your change. He gave us the Holy Spirit to walk in power. Now is the time of the Holy Spirit.
As anointed saints we need to move in the same way God moved the early saints. The world around us needs to know the truth about Jesus.
Submitting ourselves to God wholeheartedly is the key, not only for us to serve others but also to receive the full and final salvation.
Once saved, let your salvation produce good fruit. Stay faithful till the very end. Jesus is coming for His own. Maranatha, Praise God and Amen!
