God Is Marvellous, So Is His Light

Is your lifestyle reflecting the marvellous light of God, according to your calling?

God saved us from a terrible darkness and brought us into His marvellous light (1 Peter 2:9). Isaiah reveals that those in darkness saw a great light.

God's light also brings joy (Isaiah 9:2). Is the joy of the Lord driving you into prayer, Bible meditation, and fellowship? King David prayed for the restoration of the joy of salvation (light) in His life (Psalms 51:12). He loved the presence of God so much that his only desire was to dwell in the house of the Lord forever.

God's works are marvellous because his light is marvellous (Psalms 139:14). Jesus' death on the cross is a marvellous work of cleansing for us.

Everything God does is marvellous.

We marvel at the beauty of nature, technology, and science, but how is it that God doesn't get His due?

Why did he bring us into His marvellous light of love? To enjoy in His love by praising Him. Sin destroyed the beauty of praise by making us love the things of the world and self. In order to praise God, we need to first grow in the knowledge of God.

Only when we pray sincerely can we begin to experience His marvelousness. Prayer opens us up to visions and revelations confirmed by the word of God.

God thunders marvellously with his voice; he does great things we cannot comprehend (Job 37:5). Jeremiah teaches us to call unto Him so He can show us great and mighty things (Jeremiah 33:3).

No matter how you feel, don't miss prayers. Let His glory fall. Be filled with the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit will cleanse our feelings for us to experience God's light daily.

Prepare yourself to meet Jesus. Maranatha, Praise God, and Amen.
