God cares about your little things

A pastor was 🧳 traveling on a ship with his team of ministers to another island 🏝️. He began to feel uneasy in his stomach and had this urge to eat an egg 🥚. He requested the head sister to give him one if they had something in the food basket 🧺. She responded annoyingly, where are we to get an egg in the middle of an ocean? He quietly retired to a corner of the ship in prayer. 

Moments later, some people gathered together around a family. A child had fallen sick, and help was possible only once they hit the shore. 

The chances of the child surviving grew dim as time passed. A man popped out of the crowd and went to the parents saying, "there is a pastor on board. Get your child to him so he prays and God heals the child". 

The parents went to the egg-hungry pastor believing. The pastor prayed, and God healed the child. The parents were so happy and wanted to gift something to the pastor and the team. They were poor people, but their hearts got enlarged to give. The pastor and the team wondered what these poor people could offer as a gift. Lo and behold! Out came eight eggs. The ministers praised and thanked God for His tender love. 

God cares about every little thing concerning His children.

Isn't Jesus wonderful? How the Heavenly Father cares for His children. 

• God fed angel food to the Israelites in the wilderness journey. 

• God fed Elijah through a raven at the brook. 

• Elijah blessed the dough and oil at the Zarephath's widow’s house.

No human logic can ever fathom such wonder. Thank God!

Let us learn to trust in God for all things. Wait in Him with praise and thanksgiving. Jesus is coming soon. Maranatha, Praise God, and Amen.
